You will have 26 days off, regardless of how long you’ve been with us, and additional special days off. Sick days are paid in full. We have a flexible schedule, and we operate from a comfortable office in Warsaw Spire.

    When preparing for the interview, consider the reasons behind this change in your life and what is important to you in your new workplace. Think about your past work experience: What were your responsibilities? What were the challenges? What was your biggest success? If the interview is done remotely, make sure you are somewhere quiet to do the meeting in comfortable conditions. Before the interview, make sure your mic is working.
    What does the recruitment process look like?

    The recruitment process may differ depending on the team and role you are applying to. It usually consists of the following stages: a telephone conversation with the HR recruitment supervisor and a recruitment and technical interview. If needed, we also send a recruitment task.
    How long will I wait for a reply after submitting my CV?

    Usually, we need about two weeks to respond, but we try to answer faster so that our recruitment processes are efficient and pleasant for candidates.
    Does Daftcode guarantee a flexible work schedule?

    Yes, we’re aware we all have responsibilities outside of our work, so we’re flexible. However, it’s always good to discuss your work hours with your team leader when you join the team.
